About the Event
Disaster & Survival 101 Training is our new camp consisting of discussions of real world situations and how they may impact ones way of life. At times there will be a variety of First Responders and News Reporters to join in on these discussion for questions and answers, insight into their personal experiences, and awareness of employment into their respective career field. Some lessons will require research and hands on applications.
The Disaster & Survival 101 Camp will utilize facilitators and the Training Modules developed by Eventful Things LLC. This is the first of a series of Disaster Training Modules which falls under the “SHUJAA Project.”
Module 1: Overview: Identifying types of disasters, local/world impact, definition and terminologies.
Module 2: COVID-19: Epidemic vs Pandemic, History of the Corona virus, Corona Virus timelines.
Module 3: Levels of Responsibilities: International, Federal, State, Local governments, and Citizens.
Module 4: Dollars and Sense: Money handling and the necessities of life.
Module 5: Review, Recap, Prepare, and Celebrate!
*****Five modules will last between 60 to 90 minutes.
